Neymar expressed his satisfaction after he scored a beautiful goal for Brazil on his comeback from a metatarsal injury in a pre world cup friendly against Croatia at Anfield.
The Paris St-Germain star smashed a shot in off the bar after showing fantastic dribbling skills, as Brazil won 2-0.
“I have a lot of respect for Romario, Zico, Ronaldo, Pele and others because they were my idols,” Neymar said after the match.
“I am happy to score for my national team. I don’t want to be better than any of my teammates, as everyone has their own story. For now, I am just happy for the goals we scored.”
“You enjoyed the goal as if it was your first? Yes, It was very important for me, I am really happy. It was not easy, I waited a long time, I worked a lot for this. I suffered a lot during these three tough months and now finally I am able to play.”
