AS Roma has been the most busy club in this transfer window as they have already signed four players and are on the verge of signing two more stars in Javier Pastore from PSG and Davide Santon from Inter Milan.
Pastore arrived in Italy yesterday and will undergo a medical today, while Santon has already completed his medical and is ready to sign a contract with the Giallorossi.
Pastore thanked PSG and the fans in his Facebook post –
I didn’t think it was going to happen, but it’s time to say goodbye. I’d like to thank all Parisians, who welcomed me so wonderfully and made me feel at home for all these years. I’d especially like to thank all those supporters who always sent unequaled love my way, I’ll keep them in my heart forever. I was the first to join this project and I experienced so many emotions, lifted a lot of trophies, got to know wonderful people and felt the thrill of the Parc des Princes. Seven years is a long time, and yet by your side it isn’t enough because I’d have liked to have given you even more. I offer infinite thanks to His Highness, Nasser [Al-Khelaifi], [Henrique] Antero and all the directors and staff members who always supported me.
To all my teammates, I wish you the best! Keep winning everything, I’ll miss you.
