Inter new-boy Radja Nainggolan could form a deadly partnership with captain Mauro Icardi, similar to the one between Wesley Sneijder and Diego Milito’ in the 2009/10 season, according to Pirelli CEO Marco Tronchetti Provera.
Inter won the treble in 2010 under Jose Mourinho, with Sneijder and Milito playing the starring role throughout the season for the Nerazzurri.
“Inter’s transfer campaign was excellent, starting with Nainggolan,” He said.
“He’s a natural leader and with Icardi, they could be like Sneijder and Milito in the year of the Treble.
“Icardi to Real? I think and hope Icardi will continue his journey with Inter and with this team, he must fight for the Scudetto.
“Ronaldo? Juve may seem out of reach with him, but it’s not a given. Ronaldo’s good for Italian football, but I hope Suning, as soon as FFP will allow it, also make a big signing.
“Messi? How can you say ‘no’ to Messi? If there were the conditions for a deal, the fans would be enthusiastic.
